KWW: Peach Cobbler

It's almost peach time here in CT, I will be going to the local pick your own fruit farm and will be stocking up on bushels of the stuff, as it's cheap and can easily be stored, especially because I ahve coupons for canning jars and the local craft store is having a canning clearance, so stocking up on the jars is essential.

Here is how I learned to make peach cobbler:

Ingredients:
Peaches 6 cups
1/4
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 tbsp flour
1/4 sugar
pinch; allspice, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg
